BABY DUMPING- Who should be blamed??..

as we know,there are many cases of baby dumping.media often publish babies discovered in a miserable condition.the baby still had the umbilical cord found.in this case,who should be blamed?do yourself?parents?government?media?or community?in my opinion,the party should be blamed is a the parents of the baby because not responsible for the baby.however,individual who commit immoral activity is also influence by other things,for example as the media.the media are pornographic in nature.so when teenagers watch this form media,the will have the desire in their heart to try that matter.so, when women commit immoral acts pregnant outside of marriage, she will not be ready to have children and then decided to remove the baby. So, let us think together who should be blamed in this regard.
